The Satellite Store equipment will be delivered to your home by a professional installation technician on the day of your scheduled installation. If you wish to cancel your The Satellite Store service before the scheduled install date, please contact us to cancel your order. If you decide after the technician has arrived at your home that you no longer want the The Satellite Store service or the Hughesnet equipment installed, simply inform the technician to cancel your order. They will handle the necessary paperwork to cancel your order.

Once your equipment is installed and activated, you will be bound by a service agreement. If you choose to terminate this agreement, please reach out to The Satellite Store customer service. There may be a penalty for breaking the agreement, and if you are on a lease plan, you will be required to return all equipment to The Satellite Store.
